University of Nottingham Innovation Park
We are a wholly-owned subsidiary of the University based in the Ingenuity Centre within the University of Nottingham Innovation Park.
Nottingham Technology Ventures also manages the £5 million Nottingham Invention Fund, which invests in University spin-out companies to support their development and growth.

Exits
It is University policy to sell the majority of its shares in spin-out companies when an appropriate opportunity arises. The University uses the proceeds to support teaching and research.
